Payroll Manager

Location: Timonium, MD

Schedule: Fully Onsite

Salary: $95,000-$110,000

A stable and growing organization is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee full-cycle payroll operations across multiple entities. This is a highly visible role responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, reporting, and process oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Handle payroll reporting, audits, reconciliations, and related analysis
• Maintain payroll records and support process improvements
• Serve as the go-to resource for payroll-related questions and issues
• Partner with leadership to ensure efficient payroll operations

Qualifications:

• Strong multi-state payroll experience
• Proven background managing full-cycle payroll
• Experience with ADP, Paychex, or similar payroll platforms
• Leadership experience or ability to operate independently in a lead capacity
• Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge
